Experimenting here with new style of underpainting, turned an unfinished painting (still life) on it's side and painted over it. It was challenging as I let quite a bit of the underpainting show through. Tadah! John Massimino is a dear friend and teacher. Snapped a photo during one of his lectures and went home and painted it. So glad I did because he just loved it.!

Painting is going to be part of the Madison Art Society members show at the Carter Hull library in Clinton Connecticut. Opens Saturday, February 8, 2020.
