Our Scenic Valley: Celebrating its Beautiful Places — A Juried Art Show
J. Vallee Brunelle Fine Art and Framing, Hartford Avenue, Granby, CT
Join us for the show opening on Thursday, November 4, from 5-8 PM
Beginning on November 4th, the Granby Land Trust — in partnership with the Granby Artists Association — will present a juried art show Our Scenic Valley: Celebrating its Beautiful Places at
J. Vallee Brunelle Fine Art and Framing which features original work (painted, drawn, photographed or 3-D) inspired by a scene that captures the natural and historic beauty of the Farmington Valley (all paintings will have to identify the Farmington Valley location that inspired them - for example, the Farmington River, Collinsville or Hill-Stead Museum Barn, Farmington, Garlic Farm, West Granby, etc...). A portion of art sales from the show will benefit the Granby Land Trust.

B.Rossitto will be displaying her new artwork, watercolors and oils. The artist enjoys painting on location when possible, these 'daycations' allow the artist to get in touch with her spirit, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Her paintings capture the feeling of the place.

Our next Member Art Show, Spring is In The Air, will take place from Thursday, March 20 - Wednesday, April 30, at Great River Framing, Fox Run Mall, 45 Welles St, Glastonbury. After last year's successful show there we are delighted to return to this handsome and welcoming gallery. We are particularly excited about the location and timing of the show, as in coincides with the much anticipated opeing of Whole Foods, immediately next door to Great River Framing. The opening reception will be on Thursday, March 20 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, with refreshments generously provided by Great River Framing.
